Spiderlings: Wayward Threads is a 2D fantasy platformer currently in development in Unity. I am creating the project from scratch, including the characters, environments, animations and game implementation.
All artwork is hand-drawn in Procreate, with animations created in Procreate and ToonSquid.
The game follows a young elf who ventures through a strange underground world, collecting runaway spiderlings and encountering magical creatures along the way. As the journey continues, the adventure will eventually lead out of the caves and into a larger, whimsical fantasy world.
This is an ongoing personal project where I am exploring 2D game art, character animation, environmental storytelling and game development in Unity.
